Subject: DB Bench Press Ratcheting...a new intensity technique to get more reps

This is a really cool technique for getting more reps out of your Dumbbell Bench Press without having a spotter help you with forced reps.

I call it Dumbbell Ratcheting and it works incredibly well for pushing your chest to it's TRUE limit.

When you use this technique, you're going to be taking advantage of how your nervous system activates.

When doing a normal press, the nervous system drive is split between two arms. This method CHANGES that, allowing you to get one or two more reps than you could normally do WITHOUT any help, so your muscles are still getting the full load.

It's extremely intense and not a technique I would recommend you use on every set...just in a "peak performance" set, where you're really pushing to the limit.
