This one lit up my side delts and something I definitely recommend you try, however, there are a couple of tricks to it that you need to know before you try it.
I did it for short-distance in my basement this time...going to test it for long distance tomorrow!
You can use it as a finisher for your shoulder training or after just about any workout you do. It's not all that demanding on the rest of the body but it really nails the side delts nicely.
