Subject: Crazy good wrist exercise (great for bench press, martial arts, arm wrestling, etc.)

I call these Rotational Barbell Wrist Rolls...

This is a fantastic exercise for targeting a plane of movement with the wrists and forearms that you don't normally get with most exercises...lateral flexion and extension.

I find this one VERY useful for strengthening the wrists and forearms for grip on the bench press (where you're trying to bend the bar in half) and overhand rows.

Just FYI, while it looks like a grip exercise, this one doesn't hit grip strength super strongly...it's more for wrists.

I think it could be very useful for martial arts as well as arm wrestling.
