Subject: Crazy effective push-up variation (3 kinds of resistance at one)

This chest exercise is a deadly combination of three different methods of resistance (and a fourth, if you choose to take it there!) for putting serious growth-producing tension on the pecs.

You'll need either a cable machine or a couple of bands for this one.
