Subject: Cool new Split Squat variation for glutes, quads and hams...

This is a great loading variation of the split squat that I was messing around with the other day.

I like it a lot!

It's very simple to set up and uses both a dumbbell AND a barbell.

This gives you the best of both worlds in terms of loading and some assistance on balancing while doing the exercise.

 

I call it Dumbbell Landmine Split Squats...
