Subject: Coan Hold Rows...KILLER grip work (and back and core)

The Coan Hold (one-arm barbell isometric hold for grip) was pioneered by powerlifting legend Ed Coan.

This version of the exercise uses a similar action with the barbell gripping paired with a one-arm dumbbell row to bring in the back and core as well.

This one will just HAMMER your grip strength while also working your back and core.
