Subject: Can't feel your back working with rows? Try this...

The technique is simple...Hip-Braced Dumbbell Rows.

This is a very simple way to improve the isolation and contraction you get in your upper back with dumbbell rows.

You will need something solid to brace your hips on, like a bar set in the rack, or a Smith machine, but I find it really helps with muscle activation and feel during the rows.
