Subject: Can't do pull-ups? 5 minute video teaches you how to nail them...

If you can't do pull-ups (yet), today's video is going to show you how to get there.

This video demo was put together by my friend and colleague Forest Vance....it's very good instruction. Definitely worth watching.

Pull-ups are important. They're one of the best indicators of total body fitness.

If you're a woman and you can do a few unassisted pull-ups, or if you're a man and you can do 10 or more good quality pull-ups (no kipping), you probably have an excellent bodyweight-to-strength ratio, relatively low level of bodyfat, and good overall level of fitness.

They're also one of the best exercises for hitting the pulling muscles of the upper body (and the core).
