Subject: Can training more than 90 minutes a week REALLY make you age faster?

Ok, first off...I love to train and I personally
don't care if training more than 90 minutes a
week makes me age faster...(heck, some of my
workouts leave me feeling like 40 is the new 80 ;)

If YOU are concerned about the aging process, however, you
should know that training too much CAN actually have an
impact on whether you look your age, look 10 years younger,
or look 10 years OLDER.

And to be clear...it's not just as simple as "stop at 90 minutes of
exercise" here, either...there are a lot of factors at work, such as
your diet, the types of exercise you're doing, hormone levels, etc.

The aging process is complicated and we're only really just
