Subject: Can this "unlock" your fat cells so you can burn stubborn fat?...

If you have issues with stubborn fat and/or fat-loss plateaus, this is something you'll want to read.

I recently tested a new fat-loss supplement on myself to see if it was effective for targeting stubborn fat and moving past fat-loss plateaus.

First, though, let me just say I will always be straight-up honest with you. If I think a supplement (or exercise or program) isn't any good, I'll tell you...and I'll tell you why.

Fat-loss supplements are among the worst offenders for this type of thing.

There are so many fraudulent products out there that really do nothing...or they MIGHT give you 1-2% better results...nothing that couldn't be accomplished by simply staying on a diet for a few more days.

Which is why when this one first came across my desk, I dug into the research to read for myself to see if there was anything to it (spoiler alert: there IS).

The supplement is a form of Omega fatty acid...in this case, Omega 7 (a.k.a. palmitoleic acid).

I had never heard of it before, though I was familiar with other forms of Omegas (3, 6, 9, arachidonic acid, etc.) and what they could do in the body. They can be quite potent, both for good and for "bad."

In my reading, I found the mechanism of action of Omega 7's to be something I had been actually been searching for for quite some time...

Omega 7's give you the keys to "unlock" your fat cells, so they will release their stored fat.

As we get older, our fat cells get more stubborn and uncommunicative.

You see, fat cells are not just the inactive bags of fat that we sometimes think they are. There are chemical signals that they respond to for either storing fat or releasing fatty acids into the bloodstream.

When we're young, these signals work great...and fat loss is relatively easy.

Over time, however, our fat cells start to get "dumber," for lack of a better word, and they don't respond to these signals as effectively.

When this happens, you get stubborn fat...fat that doesn't seem to respond to diet or exercise, no matter how hard you try. It just sits there and laughs at you ;).

It's not that you're doing anything wrong...it's just that your fat cells aren't getting the message to release their stored fat into the bloodstream for burning.

Omega 7 fatty acids "smarten up" your fat cells so they can respond to those signals properly again.

I hate to say the tired line of "It's Not Your Fault"...

But honestly, in this case, it's somewhat true.

It's biology.

Obviously, if you eat garbage food and don't exercise, that's totally your fault. There is a LOT that is under your control and you have to address that or NO supplement will work for you.

However, just like our levels of digestive enzymes decline naturally as we get older, the same happens with other systems in our bodies, including our "fat communication" system.

So in that respect, I guess it IS your fault in that you're getting older... ;).

I tried it and I noticed a difference...

I got a bottle of the product to test out because I will NEVER recommend something to you that I haven't tried myself and found to be effective.

Even further, I will also NEVER recommend something to you that I wouldn't recommend to my own family.

That's the standard I set for any supplement that I test out and I take it seriously.

I've been training more than 28 years...I know exactly how my body responds to just about everything that I do and take. Now, I know it's not carefully controlled science-lab conditions, of course, so take that with a grain of salt.

However, I DID notice a difference in my rate of fat loss when I started using the Omega 7's. I got leaner, faster.

I'm currently off Omega 7's in order to compare rate of fat loss again. And I have noticed fat loss has slowed down.

Being 43 years old, I'm getting to the age where that natural reduction in fat-loss communication can definitely become an issue. At a younger age, I might not have noticed any difference.

Who can benefit the most from Omega 7's?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it for anybody under 30. You're not old enough for it's mechanism of action to really be an issue for you. It won't hurt you to take it, but you may not notice as much of a difference.

As you start getting into the 30+ years (and especially 40, 50, 60's), fat loss gets harder and harder.

If you're doing everything right...(i.e. good nutrition and exercise)...your "dumb" fat cells could be a big reason WHY it's getting harder and harder to drop fat.

Taking Omega 7's could be the missing link that you need to unlock your stubborn fat and get rid of it for good.

Can I "eat whatever I want and still lose weight" when I take this?

Definitely NOT.

I absolutely HATE supplements that make claims like that because it's total BS.

To get the most out of Omega 7's, you have to eat and train for fat loss, just like you're already doing. This is not a "zero effort" shortcut to fat loss.

This supplement simply allows your diet and exercise program to be as effective as it SHOULD be for burning fat.

You still have to put in the work.

What if I'm already fairly lean and looking to get RIPPED? Is this just for people who have a lot of fat to lose?

To give you an idea, when I tried this stuff out, I was probably sitting at about 10% bodyfat..and I noticed a difference.

I do think it's a valuable tool for somebody looking to get VERY lean.

If you've every tried to get really ripped before, you know that as you get down into really low bodyfat, your body clings onto fat more and more stubbornly. You have to use increasingly "severe" techniques to get that fat off.

I believe this nutrient can help with that process of getting super-lean.

Will this stuff make me all wired and tweak my nervous system?

It won't.

It's literally right along the lines of taking fish oil and has no stimulant effects.

Do I really need it?

Just like with almost any supplement, no, you don't REALLY need it. Even with inefficient communication in your fat cells, you will still lose fat as long as you keep putting in the effort.

This is the kind of supplement that can help make the process more efficient and easier.

Where do I get Omega 7's?

Now, let me tell you right up front... the website for this product (called Ultra Omega Burn) is a bit hypey.

When you click on this link to go to the website, you'll go to a video presentation. If you don't want to watch the video, there is a link where you can read the "print" version instead (that's what I prefer).

There are several ordering options towards the bottom of the page and they have a ONE YEAR guarantee on their product, so if you try it and don't get the results you want, you'll get a full 100% refund (and I will absolutely go to bat for you on this... I know the owner of the company and it won't be an issue).

Go to the site now...

Seriously, is this a scam?

Not at all.

I know this is not the kind of stuff you normally get from me, but I think it has real potential as a useful tool for fat loss, especially if you've run into a plateau and don't know how to get past it.

As I mentioned above, I would never recommend something that I haven't tested on myself or wouldn't recommend to my own family.

I understand skepticism. I was right there with you when I first saw this stuff.

It took me digging into the research and actually testing it on myself to really be convinced.

And I think it's for real.

You still have to put in the work...but it can definitely help.
