Subject: Build a better BACK by changing your FOOT position?...[easy tip]
From Nick Nilsson I have to say, this is one of my favorite back training tips ever...and the first time you do it, it'll just make so much more sense than the normal method of doing this exercise. The exercise is the One-Arm Dumbell Row, which is a GREAT back exercise...and it can be so much better when you know how to set your FEET in the best position. This small change to foot position can INSTANTLY allow you to add weight to this exercise and puts you in a much better and much safer position to perform the exercise.
