Subject: Band-Bounce Squats for massive jumps in power and explosiveness...

This is a really cool method that I did just last week and absolutely LOVED.

Fair warning, it does require a few pieces of specialized equipment (a bar that allows you to squat hands-free, a band, and a rack you can attach the band to).

However, if you've got that stuff, this is one you will DEFINITELY want to try.

This technique uses a unique assist from a band to help you power out of the bottom of the squat.

You'll have the full load on your back on the way down, then you'll use the band help explode out of the hole.
