Subject: Back pain...are you accidentally making yours worse?
And the crazy thing is, it's something that SEEMS like it should be making it better.
That thing is stretching.
Do NOT stretch if you have back pain...
...because it seriously could actually make it WORSE.
If you've been suffering from chronic back pain for months or even years, chances are you’ve been making a common mistake that SEEMS like it should be the right thing to do...
And that's stretching.
Sure, you might get some temporary relief, but it could make the underlying CAUSE of your back pain worse.
You might be surprised to hear that most back pain is NOT caused by physical issues with the spinal column (though that certainly can happen).
Most back pain comes from strength imbalances in the muscles that support your spine.
A few years back, Brigham Young University researchers investigated the effects of stretching on muscle performance.
The results showed that individuals that stretched a muscle prior to activity experienced reduced performance in that muscle during activity...
...meaning that stretching a muscle decreases that muscle’s ability to do its job.
Your chronic back pain could very likely be caused your strong muscles compensating for weak muscles...NOT by a spinal defect or something like that.
When you stretch, you're temporarily weakening the strong muscles and making the imbalance WORSE, because now the strong ones can't compensate as well for those weaker ones.
And the strong ones get overworked and seize up.
It's a vicious cycle of pain that stretching just can't help.
The true problem is a “hidden” muscle that isn’t doing its job, forcing the other muscles to work extra hard to pick up the slack.
Therefore, the TRUE cause of your chronic back pain (potetnially) is this “hidden,” weak muscle.
So, if you want to get to the bottom of your back pain once and for all... and STOP dreading doing simple tasks like tying your shoes or picking something up off the floor...
This is what you need...
The "Squeeze and Release” method to eliminate back pain...
My friend and colleague, Jason Klein USED to suffer from near-crippling back pain...yet doctors couldn't see or find anything physically wrong with his spinal column.
They were stumped...
...and he suffered for 17 years...
Until he discovered a small clinic in Colorado that was utilizing a new method they call "Squeeze and Release" to gently strengthen those deep, weak muscles so that your strong muscles don't have to take over.
Over your years and years of having back pain, your brain and nervous system has rewired itself to automatically compensate for the strength imbalance. And you didn't even know it was happening.
The longer it happens, the more "permanent" this weakness pattern gets.
And this is why it seems like nothing you've done helps....because nothing you're doing is changing that wiring and that poor activation pattern gets more and more "burned in" to your nervous system.
This new method, however, gradually rewires your brain and nervous system to ERASE those compensation patterns and let those weak muscles get STRONG.
And THIS is what will finally eliminate your back pain...
...not drugs...
...not surgery...
...not massage or foam rolling...
It's simple...effective...fast (2-3 minutes at a time) and can be done in the comfort of your own home.
Imagine, no more waste-of-time doctor visits or throwing down pill after pill of Advil just to get through the day.
Back pain is life altering...and not in a good way.
Back pain is such a big issue in so many people's lives...if you're reading this, it means it's an issue in YOURS as well.
When I first read through Jason's website and program, it just made sense to me.
Having been a trainer for more than 30 years now, I have a lot of experience with muscle strength imbalances and the issues that it can cause...not just in the back, but all over the body.
Smart training can absolutely improve imbalances...and this program is smart training.
