I'm just going to come straight out and say
it...this workout is AWESOME.
It's a variation of my Fat Loss Circuit Training framework
where instead of taking rest in between resistance
training sets, you do some moderate-intensity cardio.
The metabolic boost you get from this training style is
nothing short of INSANE...literally you're still sweating hours
later.
It'll melt the fat off you like clockwork.
THIS version of the workout is done using a CORE
exercise (that has a strong cardio "side-effect") in
between every set instead of straight-up cardio.
It is, quite frankly, one of the BEST fat-loss workouts I've ever done.
And yes, you'll absolutely hate me while you're doing it... ;)
