One-Arm Side-Braced Chin-Ups

For building your back, the chin-ups is one of your key
exercises. Once you've built the strength to do 15 or more reps,
it's time to start increasing the difficulty. And THIS is the
perfect way to do it...you'll put tremendous load on just one arm
at a time, with the arm braced to help just a bit.
