From Nick Nilsson I have to say, normally when I see a program billed "for ladies only," I get a little suspicious...because normally, those programs involve doing useless little exercises that don't actually accomplish anything good...they just pander to the completely WRONG idea that women shouldn't train hard or train heavy with weights. It irritates me to no end because women not only CAN and SHOULD train hard, most women I know actually LOVE to train hard, too! That's why when, a few months back, my friend Flavia DelMonte let me know she was putting together a fat-loss program specifically for women, I was excited because I KNEW this wasn't going to be a fluff piece.
