Subject: Are probiotics your missing link for building mass?
I'm not going to keep you in suspense...
The answer is potentially yes, a good probiotic CAN help tremendously with building muscle, especially if you have issues with digestion.
Naturally, they won't do the work for you...you still have to train hard and eat quality food. That's a given.
