Cable-Dumbell Pullovers

The pullover exercise can be done to work the back and the
chest. This version focuses the work on the chest by adding in
direct lateral resistance on the arms, while you're doing the
pullover movement. It's a great "hybrid" exercise that will spice
up your training!
