Subject: Antagonistic In-Set Superset exercise combo...[great training technique]
Hey, got a quick one for you here...this is a technique I call Antagonistic In-Set Supersetting and it's AWESOME. Normally, I would do this type of training with two exercises targeting a single bodypart and sharing a common position (like lying tricep extensions and close-grip bench press sharing the lockout position of the press). With THIS version of the technique, you'll be working back and chest (two antagonistic, ie. opposing, bodyparts), alternating reps of exercises that work each of them. And being honest, this exercise combo isn't designed to build muscle...it's designed to kick your metabolism into overdrive, helping you burn fat with weight training, without resorting to fluff training that doesn't work at all. You're working a BIG portion of the muscle mass in your upper body in one set and you WILL be huffing and puffing when you're done. Click here to learn Antagonistic In-Set Supersetting now! Nick P.S. With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world today, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week. Larry La Prise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Pokey", died peacefully at age 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in, and then the trouble started... Plain link from today's email to copy and paste into your browser: http://www.fitstep.com/goto/4/inset-superset.htm
