Subject: Amazing natural physique...(and how he got it)
I was really impressed by this guy...
I saw pics of his physique and I could see exactly why I'm sure he gets a lot of people thinking he's not natural.
You can check those pics out here.
Now, for myself, I tend to focus primarily on athletic performance...you've seen the crazy stuff I do. But who doesn't want to look better, too...muscular, chiseled, yet still strong and functional.
In fact, I regularly do standard "bodybuilding" type training in order to achieve that. I might have a workout where I carry 600 lbs up and down my gym floor then finish with a set of kickbacks (weird, I know).
It works for me.
Dean (the guy in the pics I mentioned above), has put together a training approach that basically goes in the opposite direction, focusing primarily on aesthetics while still resulting in strength and performance gains.
His goal is maximum mass while staying lean.
And honestly, the pics you'll see here prove the effectiveness of his approach (training AND diet).
Have a look at the page. In my next email, I'll run through some of the most interesting things I discovered reading through the program and talking to him about it. This will help answer any questions you might have about it...definitely clarified his methods for me.
I've been at this more than 30 years but I love learning new approaches and taking in new viewpoints, especially from people who clearly know what they're doing.
