Subject: Abdominal Sit-Ups...WAY better than crunches for 6-pack abs...
This is a sit-up movement that works the ABS instead of the hip flexors (a big problem with normal sit-ups).
And if you've done crunches, you know the standard crunch only addresses part of the function of the abdominals. This exercise targets the flexed (arched back) range of motion of the abs and utilizes the weight of your entire torso as resistance.
It is a FANTASTIC exercise for really targeting the 6-pack muscle (rectus abdominis)...and all you need is a rolled up towel to do it.
