Subject: AWESOME new workout for bigger biceps...
This is an excellent one...
I just did this a couple of days ago and it gave me that nice "hypertrophy/sore" feeling in the biceps (if you've experienced it, you know what I'm talking about...if you're haven't, you'll learn what it is after this workout).
The workout is Positions of Flexion 1 & 1/4 Rep Training for the biceps.

If you're familiar with Positions of Flexion training created by Steve Holman of Ironman Magazine, you'll know how good this type of training is.
I've taken that framework and applied one and a quarter rep training to the "sweet spots" of each of the three exercises.
I've also made some adjustments to the exercises to make them work even better.
