The name of this exercise
is the "One-Arm
One-Leg Bridged Barbell Floor Press"...
And
yeah, I know the name is a bit long...
But once you SEE the exercise in action, I think you're
gonna love it, especially if you train for MMA or martial arts.
It
targets...
... chest, shoulders and triceps (with the one-arm floor press)
... the core (you're balancing on one leg while doing it, putting
massive cross-tension through the deep stabilizing abdominal
muscles)
...and the glutes (by holding the top of the bridge/hip thrust position)
