Subject: AMAZING hand and grip strength work using a kettlebell...in a very weird way...

Instead of using a kettlebell as resistance, you're going to use a kettlebell as apparatus...

...specifically as a big, round, bulbous cable handle for pulldowns or pushdowns.

This open hand position works grip and hand strength extremely hard, in addition to the target muscles of the primary movement.

It works EXTREMELY well.

So the end result is obvious...the setup is the tricky part.

I'll show you the best (and safest) way to set it up and use the kettlebell as a cable handle here.
