Subject: A weird-looking but GREAT "beach body" chest exercise for you...

Yep, now that summer is drawing to a close, I've got the perfect "beach body" exercise for you...ok, so maybe my timing isn't the greatest ;)

I call it the "Back-Off-Bench" Dumbell Press and it not only hits the pecs HARD (harder than regular dumbell bench press), it also TORCHES your abs, which is makes it that perfect beach body exercise.

If you have a hard time feeling your pecs working when you're benching, you're going to LOVE this one...I found it really forces the pecs into continuous tension and increased activation because you're removing a lot of your upper back support. When the arms have nothing to brace against, the pecs have to fire to stabilize and support the weight.

Got a RIDICULOUS pump out of this one on the very first set.
