Subject: A stupid-simple trick for building grip strength for chins and pull-ups...

This one is done using a power rack or Smith machine or cable cross-over machine...and it works GREAT.

And don't worry, you're not going to be curling in the power rack.

You're going to do something even simpler. There's literally ZERO setup involved and it works every time.
