I'll keep this short... I'm putting together a book of nutrition tips, tricks, hacks and shortcuts and I need your help!
I've got a bunch of my own, but I want to know some of YOUR favorite nutrition strategies and tips...things that you use every day to help keep your nutrition on target.
It could be anything relating to just nutrition in general, nutrition for fat loss, nutrition for gaining muscle, etc. Basically I'm looking for anything you think would help somebody else eat better and stick with it.
It doesn't have to be professionally written or anything like that (I'll go through and edit for clarity) and I'll give you full credit in the book (just your name, no actual contact info...or you can remain anonymous, if you prefer, just let me know).
If you do submit something, I'll send you a copy of the book when it's done!
