And the reason most people choose to "forget" about it is that
it's dang tough to do!
The exercise is the Zercher Squat and, more specifically, I've
got a cable version of it for you to try out that I think you'll
like. The setup makes it more accessible than the regular barbell
version (which you either need to do in a rack or get the barbell
up from off the floor).
If you've never tried (or heard of) a Zercher Squat before,
you're in for a treat :) ...[insert evil laugh here]...
