Subject: A crazy-looking pull-up exercise that will LIGHT UP your back...
So if you like insane exercises, you're going to LOVE this one... :) ...and what one thing has to do with the other, I have no idea, but there you have it... Anyway, I call it Mixed-Grip Pull-Up Traversing. With that title, it's hard to imagine what this one looks like, but it's a GREAT back exercise that constantly changes your grip while you're spinning 180 degrees relative to the bar on every rep while traversing up and down the length of the chin-up bar... ...and it has moments where you're supporting your entire weight on one arm! This is powerful back training that throws in some very cool challenge as well (like how many times you can travel up and down the bar before you can't do any more reps).
