best exercises you can do for
developing the lats and the back
overall.
THIS
version of the pull-up takes the exercise to
a whole new level...and it's NOT done on a regular
pull-up bar.
By doing it in this very specific place (and pretty
much every decent gym has this), you can
dramatically increase the effectiveness of the
exercise.
It directly targets the extreme outer fibers of the
lats, yielding big increases in back width.
