Subject: A QUADRUPLE Superset for fat loss...

When you're training for fat loss, there are two things you need to focus on...

1. Burning a lot of calories

2. Preserving muscle mass

If you can nail those two things, you WILL lose fat.

That's why I love this technique...I call it a Quadruple Superset (or In-Set Superset Superset). Basically, it's a superset of two in-set supersets done for your back and chest.

You'll be doine a LOT of work (covering #1) and you'll be using a good amount of resistance (covering #2).

It's a killer technique...very time-efficient and very effective for burning fat.
