I actually don't really like "normal" Interval Training.Normal interval training can be effective for burning fat, however, it can also have negative effects on athletic performance while you're performing it, due to most of the training being done in a fatigued state. To be clear, it's not that it's bad...it's just that I've got something better... ...MUCH better. I call it Cluster Interval Training and it solves a couple of the major problems I've always had with "normal" Interval Training. Check it out here and put it to work next time you do cardio!
