Yesterday I posted
a quick and simple survey
on my
Facebook page asking the question if
you preferred to see a killer ab exercise or a
killer fat-loss workout today...
And
the fat-loss workout won BIG TIME.
So what I've got for you is Fat Loss Circuit Training (a workout
style taken from my Metabolic
Surge - Rapid Fat Loss program)
done using ONLY an empty Olympic bar.
I purposefully limited myself to this one simple piece of training
equipment to force myself to get creative (like I really need
a reason to do that ;).
The result was an incredibly intense and challenging workout
that I honestly never saw coming...and I liked it so much, I did
it again the next day.

minute workout at about 8X normal speed (so you don't have
to sit through it normal speed!)
This
workout will challenge you BIG TIME even though it's done
