Here are the numbers...the first time I used C.E.O. Training
it was a the Friday, I was able to shoulder press 60 lb dumbbells
for a set of 8 reps.

After using this technique for ONE single workout, by MONDAY,
I was able to do a set with 85 lb dumbbells for 11 STRICT REPS.

Not only was that a 30% jump in strength in 4 days, I even got
3 more reps with it!
