before, do yourself a favor and TRY IT.
I call it Compound Exercise Overload Training (CEO for short)
and it is literally THE single best method for developing mass
and strength that I've EVER found.
Seriously.
The first time I tried it, I got a 30% gain
in strength from ONE workout.
Now, yes, I realize
full well that results like that just don't even sound
physically possible....which is why I've put together an article
giving you the EXACT template to follow to try this technique out
for yourself. Nothing held back.

I HIGHLY recommend you give this one a shot as soon as you
can...it's just one workout...40 minutes of training...and you'll
feel the power of this technique for yourself.
I remember very clearly the first day I came
up with it...I knew I had something special...
It was a Friday
and I was doing a shoulder specialization
program at the time. I was looking for something new to try.
So after a
first set of seated shoulder presses with 60 lb
dumbbells for a set of 8 reps, I thought to myself...
"I wonder what would happen if I just did this one exercise
for the entire workout?"
And then I thought to myself...
"But I can't just do normal sets...I'll fatigue too fast and
I won't
be able to get much workload with heavy enough weight to
do anything..."
That's when I decided to take a page from German Volume
Training and take the moderate weight I was using (60 lb
dumbbells) and instead of doing 8 reps with it, I'd just do 3 reps
with it. And then take a short rest and keep going, reducing the
weight when I couldn't get 3 reps.
You

how to perform the technique (I've refined it over the years).
By the time 40 minutes was up, I was down to using the 30 lb
dumbbells...and my shoulders were pumped up WAY
beyond anything I had experienced before.
I was VERY happy...but I had no idea what was coming...
After two full days off, I got back in the gym on Monday
I did my normal warm-up...felt really good...so I decided to test
my strength on the same exercise I did on that past Friday
I did a set with 85 lb dumbbells for 11 STRICT REPS.
Not only
was that a 30% jump in strength in 4 days, I even got
3 more reps with it!
Insane.
I had never even TRIED to use the 85's for db shoulder press
before and I hammered out 11 reps with them.
So yeah, as you can see, this CEO Training has MASSIVE
potential for strength increases AND muscle growth.
