Subject: 8 minute bodyweight fat-loss workouts...3 X a week...done.

Effective fat-loss workouts DON'T
have to take a long time...

...so how does 8 minutes a day, 3 days a week sound?

My colleague and former Navy fitness instructor,
Jason Klein, has put together a time-efficient fat-loss
system that does just that (it's a system he actually
used to get his Marines in shape FAST).

The overall framework is along the lines of the Tabata
protocol...(in this case two 4-minute blocks of it -
Tabata is basically work intervals alternated with
very short rest periods).

The Tabata-style training is done using bodyweight
training and bodybuilding principles to optimize the
hormonal response to the workout.

Basically, it's only 8 minutes but it's going to be a
TOUGH 8 minutes.

It's challenging stuff and very effective.
