One-Legged Glute Deadlifts - Sample Exercise
Now, of course I'm going to give you a quick sample exercise from the book. This one hammers the glutes with two different types of loading at once.
The base position is a Bulgarian Split Squat (back foot on a bench, knee slightly bent). Then you perform a dumbbell deadlift while holding that position.
This works the glutes hard without ANY knee stress.
Your glute is isometrically supporting your bodweight and the weight of the dumbbells while at the same time, you engage it with hip extension, performing the deadlift.
Forcing a muscle to work two ways at the same time is one of my "secret sauce" tricks for building muscle (any muscle). It engages FAR more muscle fibers and hits the muscle in a way it has never experienced before.

Having a flat butt is not a problem limited to just women. Guys need this kind of glute work as well.
