Do you NEED to use Keto or low-carb dieting to get ripped? Nope.

This is something VERY different than what you see these days, especially with the popularity of Keto dieting (high fat, low-carb).

It's using a high-carb, VERY low-fat approach to dieting.

And it's written by this guy...His name is Mark Kislich and he's in his mid-40’s. And yeah, he's not lean at all...probably in the neighborhood of 6-8%, if I had to guess.

He’s been eating a carb-based diet for 5 years.

Fats are kept at around 8%.

AND…

He gets only about 60-80 grams of protein per day.
