Subject: 5-3-1 swing, push-up, chin-up MetCon workout...

This workout is awesome total-body metabolic conditioning training (metcon).

You'll be rotating between three exercises... kettlebell swings, push-ups and chin-ups, each done for a set number of reps, non-stop for a set block of time.

This is a fantastic way to burn a LOT of calories in a short period time...as well as develop serious "go all day" strength-endurance.

You'll need to comfortable with all three exercise, but it's great time-efficient training.

This one is based loosely on my Time-Volume Training workout program (great for muscle, strength and fat loss!)
