Subject: 460 lb deadlift for 46 reps...(here's how I did it)

So last night I did a killer workout for my 46th birthday...I trap bar deadlifted 460 lbs for 46 reps.

Not in one continuous set, mind you. I did it as a Single Rep Cluster Training set.

I've got the video of it posted here on my Facebook page (you don't need an account to see it).

Essentially, you perform a single rep, rest 30 seconds, perform another single rep, rest 30 seconds, etc. going until I did 46 single reps.

It took me 29 minutes to get all the reps.

This technique allows you to use a heavy weight and get enough recovery to keep performing reps by delaying fatigue and waste byproduct accumulation.

Single Rep Cluster Training is an incredible strength-building technique that I've actually got in my Muscle Explosion program.

If you haven't tried it before, I highly recommend it. It's extremely effective for the muscles, the connective tissue and the nervous system.

You can also learn about "towel stuffing" trick that I used to get all these reps while maintaining form and strength the entire way. It's weird-looking but man, does it work.
