These are awesome...some of the most results-producing workouts I've put together in 33+ years of training.
1. Compound Exercise Overload Training
This is targeted for building mass and strength. And it does it better than literally ANYTHING else I've tried. I've never failed to be shocked at how well it works.
2. Total Body Countdown Murder
This is my favorite metabolic conditioning workout of all time. It's just brutal. It basically has you performing at near-peak effort for 10-12 minutes straight, strategically moving between exercises to allow you to do that. Making it through 1 round of it is awesome. If you can do 2 rounds of this, you're a monster.
3. Dumbell Crawling Fat-Loss Circuit Training
This workout is one of my favorites for fat loss. You'll be doing a relatively normal workout with weights, covering every major movement pattern...but with CARDIO in between sets instead of rest. It'll will CRANK your metabolism up like crazy.
4. Countdown Time-Volume Training for Squats
This one was inspired by Arnold, when I read his Education of a Bodybuilder book. He talked about going into the woods with 250 lbs and squatting for hours. He didn't specificy exactly what kind of training he did, but the results were insane. This workout that I've put together is a KILLER for your entire lower body and uses just one weight for a period of time (not hours, but it'll feel like it).
