Subject: 30 sec to a flatter stomach with this simple "standing" exercise...

This one looks simple yet is actually surprisingly challenging.

It requires ZERO equipment...you do it standing up and it can be done just about anywhere that you have something solid to rest your hand on, e.g. a door frame, a post, etc.

30 seconds of this on either side and you'll FEEL your stomach getting flatter (it works the deep muscles of the core that pull your stomach in).
