Subject: 3 awesome training tips for abs, upper chest and middle traps...

1. Lateral Skateboard Planks

This is a killer exercise for targeting the bracing function of the abs as well as the deep muscles of the core.

2. Seated Leaning Shrugs

This one targets the middle-traps (along with upper traps).

3. Feet-Up Incline Dumbbell Bench Press

This is a simple method for locking yourself into the exercise MUCH better. You'll be able to get more reps AND move more weight with this technique.
