I've got an excellent guest article from Joel where talks about
how scheduled cheating is the real key to continuous results in
your fat-loss efforts.

This is something he and I totally agree on - I incorporate this
philosophy into all my fat-loss programs because I know it
works...the body simply can't stay on low-calorie levels
continuously without downregulating metabolism...you have to
flood the body with calories on a regular basis to avoid that
downregulation, or your results will grind to a halt.
