Ok, you know I'm all about giving away a LOT of great
information...I honestly love doing that! So in keeping with that
spirit, I've decided to throw in two more sample chest exercises
from my new book "The Best Chest Exercises You've Never Heard

The first is the Power Rack Weighted Push-Up and believe me, if
you've ever found push-ups to not provide you with enough
resistance for muscle and strength-building, THIS is going to
change that big-time. It's basically a way to add direct
resistance (as much or as little as you want) to the push-up
without having to have a partner sit on your back to do it.

The one I've got for you is actually a training technique...a
GREAT training technique that I use pretty much every single time
I train heavy on the dumbell bench press.

This technique, that I call "ratcheting", is a way to squeeze a
rep or two more out of a set without a spotter - I train alone,
so I had to come up with something to really maximize my sets.
This technique allows me to get at least one and sometimes two
more productive reps at the end of a heavy set.

It's TOUGH but VERY effective...
