- (Traps) Seated Barbell Shrugs
- (Quads) Barbell Cursing Walking Lunges
- (Triceps) Barbell Lever Pushdowns
- (Glutes) One-Leg Glute Deadlifts
- (Hamstrings) Roll-Up Barbell Plate Leg Curls
- (Shoulders) Towel-Plate Lateral Raises
- (Calves) Double Captain Morgan Calf Raises
