1. Towel-Assisted Kettlebell Pistol Squats

2. Kettlebell Swing Squat (heavy)

3. Band-on-Body Reverse Band Deadlifts (heavy)

4. Raw Partial Squats (850 lbs)

5. Two Dumbbell Crook Squats

6. EZ Curl Bar Zercher Carry

7. Triple Hybrid Bench Press (dumbbells, bands and chains)

8. Rack-Rail Rear Delt Lateral Raises

9. Kneeling Trap Bar Deadlift Lockouts (replaces rack pulls)

10. Wheelbarrow With 700 lbs Loaded (video that goes with the pic below)
