Doing This At Home

The equipment required for it is very simple and I have a feeling you probably will be able to find a way to do it at home.

You'll need something with some weight to it...(not deadlift-sized weight, don't worry about that)...and something solid a couple of feet off the ground (you'll see what I mean).
