Working in solid form, Heidi Schultz will demonstrate how she works with coils, scaffolding, and other tools to create three-dimensional characters based on a children’s book that she’s writing. She will also share how she comes up with the ideas for her characters before bringing them to life in clay. During her demonstration, Schultz will have a second clay form for attendees to experiment on. Adults, children, and teens are welcome.
