Summer Ceramics Classes

Crack Molds with Joseph Hutchins

Expand your ceramics skills beyond the wheel by signing up for our Crack Molds class with Joseph Hutchins. Break free from industrial mold-making methods and learn how to create a mold in significantly less time, with less engineering, but with the same quality results as a traditional plaster mold. Summer Glass Classes

Only two more opportunities to take Glass 1 remain before the glass annex shuts down for routine summer maintenance (August 15-30):

Four-week evening class session: Wednesdays, June 21 - July 12 at 6pm - 9:30pm
Two-day weekend intensive class session: Saturday and Sunday, July 15 - 16 from 8:30am - 5:00pm

Learn how to gather molten glass out of the furnace, inflate the glass, and use traditional tools and techniques to shape the glass. The same content is covered in each option. Select the one that works best with your schedule.

Hands-on Glassblowing Experiences

Get a taste of what it's like to blow glass. The Belger Glass Annex offers hands-on glassblowing experiences that are fun for the whole family.

Sign up for the next "Make Your Own" experience happening on Saturday, July 22. Pick a time slot that works with your schedule, and work with a professional glassblower to make your very own glass cup.
Book a "Group Glass Experience" and bring a private group of friends, family, or coworkers for unique and creative summer activity.

Summer Camp for Kids and Teens

Summer Art Camp for Kids (ages 7-12) and Teen Studio Experience (ages 13-17) are back! Kids and teens will enjoy a range of art experiences with clay, paint, collage, printmaking and more! Kids and teens will also be inspired by the art exhibitions that are on view in our galleries. New this summer—teens will get to work in the glass studio!
